1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Madhukar & Sons regarding your access to and use of the ColorTube mobile game application on Android devices.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing ColorTube, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the application and must uninstall it immediately.

2. License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Madhukar & Sons grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to download, install, and play ColorTube on personal Android devices solely for your non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of ColorTube or any portion thereof, except as expressly permitted by law.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to ColorTube—including without limitation all software source code, algorithms, puzzle logic, user interface designs, custom bottle/tube silhouettes, liquid rendering shaders, animations, audio effects, logos, and graphics—are owned exclusively by Madhukar & Sons and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved by Madhukar & Sons.

4. Virtual Items & In-Game Currency

ColorTube features an in-game virtual economy consisting of virtual coins ("Coins") and cosmetic items (such as tube shapes, background themes, and liquid palettes):

• No Real-World Value: Coins and cosmetic items are virtual gameplay elements. They hold no cash, real-world monetary value, and cannot be redeemed, refunded, or exchanged for legal tender.
• Non-Transferable: Coins and unlocks are tied strictly to your local device installation and cannot be transferred, gifted, or sold to third parties.
• Earning & Unlocking: Players may earn coins through standard puzzle completion or by choosing to watch voluntary rewarded video ads. Cosmetic items may be unlocked via level milestones or coin exchange.

5. Advertisements & Third-Party Services

ColorTube is made available as a free-to-play title supported by third-party advertising via Google AdMob. By playing the game, you acknowledge that:

• The game may display anchored adaptive banner ads, interstitial transitions, and optional rewarded video ads.
• Advertisements are served by third-party advertising networks (Google Mobile Ads) and are subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
• Madhukar & Sons does not endorse any products, services, or claims advertised in third-party commercials.

6. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

When using ColorTube, you agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, memory editors, bots, or cheats to manipulate puzzle states, scores, or coin balances.
• Interfere with or bypass the security or ad-delivery mechanisms implemented within the application.
• Distribute pirated, modified, or unauthorized APK builds of ColorTube.
• Use the app for any commercial purpose or illegal activity.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ColorTube is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Madhukar & Sons disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted gameplay, or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Madhukar & Sons, its owners, developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the ColorTube application.

9. Termination & Updates

Madhukar & Sons reserves the right to modify, update, patch, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of ColorTube (including levels, features, or balancing) at any time without prior notice or liability. You may terminate your agreement with these Terms at any time by ceasing all use and uninstalling the application.

10. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
