ColorTube is engineered as a privacy-friendly offline-first casual game. The application does not:

• Require user sign-up, login, social logins, or account registration.
• Collect your real name, personal email address, phone number, or physical address.
• Access your microphone, camera, contacts, photo gallery, or device storage files.
• Track your precise GPS location.

3. Local Storage Data (On-Device Only)

To provide a smooth gaming experience, ColorTube stores gameplay state locally on your device via standard Android SharedPreferences:

• Current Level and Highest Unlocked Level: To resume your puzzle journey (Levels 1–1000).
• Virtual Coin Balance: Earned via game completion or watching rewarded ads.
• Cosmetic Unlocks & Selections: Selected tube shapes, background themes, and liquid color palettes.
• Audio & Vibration Settings: Toggle preferences for sound effects, background music, and haptics.

Note: This data is stored strictly on your local device hardware and is never transmitted to or stored on private servers owned by Madhukar & Sons.

4. Third-Party Services & Advertising Data

To support free development and maintenance of ColorTube, we integrate Google Mobile Ads (Google AdMob) provided by Google LLC.

Data Collected by Google AdMob

When you use ColorTube, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically process certain technical information in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy, including:

• Google Advertising ID (GAID): A user-resettable unique identifier used for frequency capping, reporting, and ad personalization.
• Device Information: Device model, manufacturer, operating system version, screen resolution, and language settings.
• Approximate Location: Inferred from coarse IP address for region-appropriate advertising and fraud prevention.
• Ad Interaction & Diagnostic Data: Ad views, clicks, video completion events, and technical error logs.

Ad Formats Implemented

• Anchored Adaptive Banner Ads: Displayed at the bottom of the screen in a dedicated, isolated banner container.
• Interstitial Ads: Full-screen static or video ads shown at natural gameplay intervals.
• Rewarded Video Ads: Completely optional opt-in video ads that players choose to watch to earn in-game coins or bonuses.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)

ColorTube is designed as a family-friendly casual puzzle game. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area).

In adherence to Google Play Families Policy and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), advertising requests served to child audiences or designated accounts are requested with restricted data processing and non-personalized ad parameters.

6. Your Rights & How to Control Your Data

Depending on your jurisdiction (such as the European Economic Area under GDPR or California under CCPA/CPRA), you possess distinct privacy rights:

• Right to Reset or Opt-Out of Targeted Advertising: On your Android device, navigate to Settings > Google > Ads (or Privacy > Ads) to Reset advertising ID or Delete advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads.
• Right to Clear Stored Game Data: You can completely erase your local game progress, coin balance, and unlock states at any time by clearing ColorTube's app storage in Android Settings > Apps > ColorTube > Storage > Clear Data or uninstalling the app.
• Right of Inquiry: You may contact us at any time regarding any privacy inquiries.

7. Security of Your Information

Because we do not operate user accounts or store personal user data on external servers, the risk of personal data breach from our systems is virtually non-existent. For all ad serving communications, the Google Mobile Ads SDK employs industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/TLS).

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our operational practices, new features, or updated regulatory requirements.
